Service Availability and SLA References

Trinetra Wireless aims to provide reliable access to its fleet management platform and related services. However, service availability may depend on mobile networks, GPS signal availability, internet connectivity, third-party hosting providers, customer hardware condition, device installation quality, and external infrastructure.

Any uptime commitment, support response time, maintenance window, or service-level obligation will apply only if expressly stated in a separate written Service Level Agreement, subscription agreement, proposal, or customer contract.

Unless specifically agreed in writing, information on this website should not be interpreted as a guaranteed uptime commitment or SLA.

Prohibited activities include unauthorized access, credential sharing, security testing without approval, reverse engineering, API abuse, uploading malicious code, attempting to disrupt platform performance, violating applicable laws, infringing intellectual property rights, misusing location data, or using the platform for fraudulent, unsafe, unlawful, or unauthorized monitoring activities.

Trinetra Wireless may suspend or restrict access if unacceptable use, security risk, misuse, or legal violation is identified.
